the vocals were fine for me until the weird falsetto type thing you did on the bridge and final choruses. Obviously English isnt your first language so in that respect you did a good job. some lead guitar was slightly off though - a few iffy noted here and there and the odd timing issue, but...

Thanks for your comment! I know how Axl's falsetto is (that makes his voice such a unique one in the world). I will try to train my voice closer to his and also my (bad) English pronunciation!

i think you missed my point a little. I couldnt sing a song that wasnt english, at all, so that was good - dont worry about your accent, thats expected - you were in key the whole way i think, which is the main thing! as far as singing like Axl goes - avoid that. Stick to your own voice. plus, Axl doesnt sing in falsetto, minus the odd part on about 3 GNR songs ever. He just has a large range naturally. The cover was good!

Last year I opened a thread in a GnR forum with the topic "Did Axl use falsetto or not in high notes?". Most of members believe that he did use falsetto, only a few ones said he didn't. So I believe that he also used falsetto. It's just that his falsetto was so strong that we feel it's not falsetto. If you listen to his voice during the period 2002 (when he lost his strong high voice), you will see it's really falsetto!

Actually a few years ago I did have a voice much closer to Axl's but after a long time not singing GnR songs often, now I lost that voice. Listen to my Love hurts cover, you will see it's like Axl singing  :D

Again, good cover.

Im sorry to say that those forum members are wrong though. I assure you he doesnt sing his high notes on falsetto. His range is such that he probably pops into Falsetto like range for most blokes - it was measured on here his range is 3.7 octaves (basically 4) so his higher stuff, Rhiad, End of Rocket Queen, for most singers, would be falsetto range, in order to hit the notes in the same octave. The 02 voice is jsut his voice minus that low raspy thing he used to have, probably due to smoking lots. Axl is a Baritone/Tenor - just a very high tenor!
