Chinese Democracy II? Will it ever come out?

I know this topic was done before, but I feel it should be renewed to have some fun.
-First off, the Chinese Democracy ablum was to be a double ablum. So maybe Chinese Democracy II will be released on November 23, 2009. Althought it probably wont be released until next year, or 2011.
-Maybe why they haven't toured yet was because their working on the new album. I doubt Axl's sitting in his house watching TV all day, he's a musician, he's probably doing stuff with the band.
-It also wouldn't make sense to tour for a album that came out a year ago.
-Maybe they'll release it before they tour so no more leaks will happen and people wont have heard the demo songs already 20 time's before it's officailly released and they will also have new material.
-Maybe they will release it right under our noses and say here it is, Chinese Democracy II.

The only reason CD came out was because of the leaks....so unless someone starts leaking the 2nd cd, we won't hear it.

Idk... but I've been thinkin if the world ends in 2012, it would suck to die without some new GnR music. I've also been thinking that if Axl believes in that, he'll probably want to release something else before then. Otherwise, I wouldn't expect anything new ANY time soon.

I think whatever he has wrote finished outside of the released songs he will at least once or twice want to go through them again and change things as it really seems his style and i can imagine then it would take him evven longer to pick which songs to put on the album. As it seems even though this album took a while to make he knew roughly what songs would be on the album a long time before it came out which isnt a good sign as im sure there isnt even that at the moment.

I'd like to think it will come out within a couple of years. I guess it depends whether Axl wants to use some of the older material and add in the current lineup like he did with Chinese or make a completely new album with the current band. There's probably tons of material from when they were recording Chinese still around [Bach confirmed this] and it would be great to hear. I think the main reason why Chinese took so long wasn't just Axl being Axl. There were issues with the record company (I read somewhere that there was a version of Chinese finished in 1999 which the record company rejected), Buckethead leaving also must have delayed things. Zutant said that there was also a pretty much finished Chinese in 2002.
I guess they'll do the 09/10 world tour then go back to the studio, patch up some more of the older material and release it. It seems as though most of the problems Axl seems to be having are with the label. On another note seeing as how KISS and Journey have included their greatest hits rerecorded by the current lineups with their latest albums, does this mean that the time is right to release the rerecorded Appetite with the next album?

There realy is some dumb fukin ass's out there. who gives a fuck when the next album out, im enjoying this one still thanx. There will be a new album soon im sure. I didnt mind waiting for chinese democracy. It's amazing people slagged him off for not realesing it faster then the next thing they think chinese number 2 not comming out, if it even called that. It's just like when buckethead and robin left it took time to work with a new guitarist and find one good enough for starters. Axl/guns n roses is never going to be one of those bands that realeses albums fast and brings on stage any old guitar player. Thats why the new guitar player isn't fukin ricky parfit from status quo or somthing, O.k. that was just a joke example but do you want a band that releases stuff every year and just goes through the motions on stage without putting there heart and sole into every performance. Just the same as did you want a new gnr to hit the stage and release a new album in 1995 and be no where near as good as you had hoped. I can also see why axl keeping the name. He should be proud to carry it on. Dont get me wrong i love duff n slash etc to bits but Axl didnt leave the band and the name carries world respect.  It stands out. this is a new guns n roses album. It's the band and the name.

Lol, yes there should be a pool going on for bets on when the next album will come out.

I however think NO on this year, the band will be too busy this whole year touring the world and will not have enough time to record and/or write new material. It all depends on when they get off tour I say.
