Do you think Brain will be back when the CD tour hits the US? I sure as hell hope he'll be back. I was unfortunate enough to see Frank on the last US tour and he's a huge step down from Brain. I don't think he'll be able to pull of the drums on some of the new material. I understand why Axl had to downgrade with Ron but I don't see why he doesn't have Brain in the fold for the upcoming tour. Why go with a second rate drummer when you've got a guy like Brain?

as a drummer for the past 22 years, i can tell you Frank is a serious fucking drummer. he gets a really bad rap for no real reason. he is fucking solid, and he beats the hell out of Adler or Sorum. i will admit i PREFER Brain to all of them, but Frank is much better than people are giving him credit for. to be honest with you there are guys out there that can play circles around Brain as well as anyone else axl has hired. do you honestly think Axl just SETTLED on Frank? the talent pool is not that shallow.

I think Frank has done a good job sucking up to people around the band, like Del James. Axl should hire somebody better if Frank is gone. I understand how he couldn't find somebody as good as Buckethead but it's disgraceful that he's replaced Brain with this chump.

i prefer frank anyways, yes brain is a better technical drummer, but franks style seems to fit the band better. sometimes less is more, see peter criss vs eric carr in kiss
