does anyone remember which day last year that best buy posted chinese democracy on thier website for pre-order? i ask because the fact there is .....a. NOW a tour b. everything axl said in his chat last december has been true c. there has been ample time for Ashba to learn guns songs ...... i strongly feel that within the next 30 days there will be an announcement about a new guns n' roses album on the same date as chinese democracy was released last year...and then they will offically announce the tour and the rest of the dates..

i think they stayed so quiet so there was no chance for leaks so this album will be released without 80% of the tracks already have been heard ....

just think about how everything has added up this past year ... i truely believe that we will have 14 to 16 new tracks from guns n' roses by Thankgiving... just remember how quickly everything happened last year with chin dem .... and how out of no where there has been a asian tour put together ....

i hope in 3 months i get to say i told you so....

Hmm interesting ideas I've never before thought about...that all sounds plausible, but if they announce a CD this fall, it probably won't be here until Spring, if it actually works out this time. That is the only thing I disagree with. 15-16 new songs by Summer next year sounds better.

well.... i have been a die hard gnr fan since 1991 ... i was twelve at the time... and honestlyit is not too far fetched... since THIS TIME LAST YEAR THE FOLLOWING HAS HAPPENED...

1. shacklers revenge was released on rockband 2 ( 9/08)
2.if the world was included in body of lies (10/ 08)
3.chinese democracy was released as a single on the radio (11/08)
4CHINESE DEMOCRACY the ablum was FINALLY released (11/23/08)
5.Axl rose broke his silence and had an online chat (12/08)
6.dj ashba jions the band(3/09)
7. chinese democracy the entire album..is released for downloadable content for rockband (4/09)
8.band rehearsals where confirmed(5/09)
9. tour dates announced for asian leg of new tour(9/09)

i am sure i have missed a couple things but there has been alot of movement in the gnr camp this past year...
agian EVERYTHING that Axl talked about in his online chat this past december has been the truth...(rockband dlc,etc.) so with all the things that has happened..and with Axl saying "SAME BAT TIME... SAME BAT CHANNEL".. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OPTIMISM.... i am sure i am not the only guns fan who believes this......

i hear ya... but still no one heard anything about a release date for Chinese democracy until the beginning or the middle of October of 2008 ... so i still firmly believe we will have a new album by thanksgiving.....63 days til thanksgiving..... 60 days til the 23rd of november... believe gunners .... believe

look at the date... this was one of the first comfirmed best buy threads ...oct30th 2009 was it?

by the way ...it makes alot of sence( it is just most of you ....not all ...but most of the gnr fans on these forums are never satisfied when we do get sometrhing)
1. like a tour ... most of you say ...too little too late( when it most likely is a tour to promote the next albums worth of material)
2.chinese democracy.. most of you were crying over the fact we already heard 80% of the material...(when it was our own fault for downloading it in the first place

guns n' roses fans (most of you) are not ever satisfied regaurdless what happens ....which makes me wonder why some iof you still post here on A FAN WEBSITE

I really do think Axl's 'Same Bat time' answer was just a flippant comment made to answer a question he wasn't pleased about answering.

Remember Axl wants to concentrate on CD for now.

The problem is, Axl is no longer in a position where he could successfully stealth launch an album. He'll need the leaks next time to let everyone know he's still about.

I think a lot of us looked way to much into that chat with Axl.
for starters... I think he meant was that they would see where they were same time (this year!)
and to say not much further...

I think the label and other party's are involved with the demise of chinese democracy.
and what would be the 2009 tour wich would start around march of this year...

plans change... and perhaps axl couldn't finish his chicken so we had to wait a bit longer
