According to LiveDaily.com, GUNS N' ROSES singer Axl Rose got into a scuffle with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport while waiting to board a flight to Taipei to start the band's tour that will take them through Asia this month with Canada and South America to follow next year. Although the report states that the altercation "ended up with a few bloodied participants," airport police tell RollingStone.com they have no record of the incident.

Tommy Stinson, Dizzy Reed, Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, Chris Pittman, Frank Ferrer, Richard Fortus and new member DJ Ashba traveled to Taipei earlier in the week and have already done a soundcheck without Rose.

After Taipei, GUNS N' ROSES is scheduled to play Seoul, Korea on Dec. 13 then Osaka, Japan (Dec. 16) and Tokyo (Dec. 19). The 16-date Canadian tour starts in Winnipeg on Jan. 13.

It's all beatings and violence from this lot recently. Self promotion and publicity is great when it's done well. When it's done badly it's just plain embarrassing.

Edit:

This band can play up to the dangerous rock n roll image which they want to create. I for one see straight through it. It started with Bumblefoot the hardnut and now this. I think they should just stick to making great music and leave the self posturing to those who don't have any talent to back it up.

Mike TysonMike Tyson's run-in with a photog at LAX earlier this month may have unearthed a lapse in security at one of the biggest airports in the world.

Sources tell TMZ Tyson's fight with the pap was not recorded by any camera other the one the photog had -- not a security camera, nothing. You'd think at an airport as highly-trafficked as LAX you couldn't go anywhere without being caught on video -- with the exception of the bathroom, of course.

The City Attorney has not yet decided what charges, if any, will be filed against either Tyson, the photog, or both.

Plus, as you already did what I did... TMZ would have this front page and the last Axl story was back when his old stalker found a new object for her affection. TMZ wouldn't pass on a bloodied photog story. Most of the paps working LAX are theirs. If Axl popped one they wouldn't be silent about it.


Despite what the Live Dailey report says, He'll be there and he will go on. No concern necessary.

i think its just a little publicity before the tour kicks off!   kinda to kick in the " bad boy" image and mystique 
to let everyone know Axl still has that edge of Danger!!!


kinda like in 06 when he was biting or fighting a security guard and got arrested
