It is listed in the back-catalog section.  This is a song-list, not a studio-recording or live performance list.  So I see no reason to list it more than once.

MSL mentioned Going Down MONTHS before the tour, and once it starts it pops up as an option.

So if you want to keep your list correct you should change it to ''first time mentioned by MSL blablabla'' and not first heard about as an option on the setlist.

I think UCBM is right. MSL might be some random quasi-insider, but he mentioned the song earlier than other sources.

Ron has confirmed during an online chat that Going Down is an old blues song, presumably the Freddie King classic.  So no new original song here it seems.
