Just to add to this SuBo debate, seeing as i mentioned her cover originally. The cover itself, i think, is very good. The composition isnt the most original creation going, as nemo says, but the tempo change works well, as does the piano, and Susan has a very nice, "pure" tonal quality to her voice. No, she's not the greatest singer with a huge range and power, but she's very good with what she has!

Would i buy her record? No. But i wouldnt change station if her song came on the radio either. The Leona Lewis Oasis cover is suprisingly good, although again, the composition follows a pretty common structure.

I just dont think anyone has as it shouldnt be on here. Much better covers out there doesnt deserve a mention.

I know I'll be on my own here, but I love Maximo Park's version of The Proclaimers' 500 Miles.  :)

First time I heard it I didn't even realise what it was until about half way through.

tori amos is fucking weird...haha.

nine inch nails had a pretty sweet version of i'm afraid of americans during the wave goodbye tour.  bowie did a cool version of i know it's gonna happen someday by morrissey.
