In a nutshell, there's a big event, Helsinki live 2010, held on 5th of June.
The event promoter Kalle Keskinen says that he will bring the band to the fest. But it won't be cheap...apparently Guns costs nowadays as much as Britney Spears...(he brought her "circus" also to Finland last year)

Hopefully it'll be confirmed at least the day when the ticket sales start...

hopefully they get signed up soon for our scandinavian members. i'd imagine we can expect to hear about a spate of european festival shows over the coming weeks.

the prague show happened on 13th June 2006, and I remember I went to buy my ticket on my birthday, which was 12th March. and some european dates were already out for long by that time. so yeah, next weeks might be very interesting for us, europeans...

it's official ! I read the place has a capacity for up to 70,000 people!! also that it was the place where "Nightwish" recorded "end of an era"!! (i don't know how or what they are.. that was straight off of facebook).

I'm really hoping the come back to the Caribbean!

So the tickets go on sale tomorrow... When are those motherfuckers finally gonna officially announce the rest of the performers? 89â‚¬ is a little much for just a Guns N' Roses concert. But if Alice in Chains will be there too, that changes everything.

Part of me doesnt want to see the band headlining festivals cos id rather see the whole epic stage & pyro show that asia and canada have got, Dont get me wrong I cant wait to see them!

would be weird to see axl playing for this crowd in Holland if they gonna do pinkpop
with all those pink hats

Today at noon more bands for Pinkpop will be anounced Rumours floating around guns maybe playing there
But hey are rumours so could easily not happen they play there

I agree....Especially in June we have almost no possibilities for light-shows in outdoors since the sun is up all the time!
Anyway, got the tix! 40.000 is being sold...

There's loads left. Last estimates were that 40,000 of the 70,000 tickets available had been sold. I would think you'll be able to get tickets for a few weeks yet. Most people are still waiting to see if Guns N Roses will announce any other dates closer to their homes

i know where to get the tickets but wont be buying them for another month yet so i'm worrying they will be sold out by that time =/ travelling from UK.. never even been out of this country so very excited ;D

You should be OK. They announced Michael Monroe, White Lies and The Prodigy as performers at this thing and at least two of those bands are unlikely to make tickets fly off the shelves...most people knew Prodigy were playing anyway because someone put their name on the poster

Since Monroe pretty much owes his current career to Rose, who campaigned to get the band noticed in the early 90s, I'd like to see them do 'Dead, Jail or Rock and Roll"

However what would be VERY sweet would be them doing Bad Obsession with Monroe on the harmonica!
