I hear ya Sean. I missed most of it too, sucks that I'm not in the U.S to see it. I'm glad the saints won though(not only because I won the bet). They've been through so much, and it's one of my top 5 U.S cities, no doubt.

Go Saints!

saints did really well to come back in the match as they looked pretty poor in the first quarter. Feel sad peyton manning didnt get another title as he had a good season.

Anyways on the game itself, i really liked it, it wasn't as good as other finals but it was still cool, the spectacle was amazing, but im not a fan of The Who so it was not my favorite show either.

I can't stand one thing.... its always like this and it gets me on my nerves... people are always changing teams... like when the Steelers won everyone started supporting the steelers and how good they are bla bla bla... now everyone's gonna go with New Orleans...

and this is basically the reason i just can't respect American Football in comparison to what you call Soccer (I call it the real football).

Its like everyone has its team and if the team doesn't even make it to a final, next year the same fans will be supporting that same team with the same enthusiasm.

In America is different.... If the Steelers win, everyone moves to the Steelers.. if Fucking Seahawks win everyone likes the Seahawks... i just can't understand that really...

Same with NBA... Everyone liked the Chicago Bulls in the 90s cause of their dream team... then Jordan retired and others moved away, and everyone turned to the Lakers.. etc... I mean... its hard for me to understand it!

You should live in Portugal, they aired the whole 4 hour show, even the bands playing!

The show went on here from 10:30 pm or 11 and ended at 3am!

And they did a special party down at Hard Rock Cafe in Lisbon!

Now thats what i respect. I support my soccer team since i grew up basically, never change it and we spent 18 years without winning any titles! (which was not a normal thing anyways).

I get sick whem i hear all this people changing to the Steelers cause they won the seahawks a few years back. Same with it now with New Orleans.

Uh, where do you live? There is fair weather fans everywhere. The thing with the superbowl is everyone wants to have a team to cheer for, so a lot of people pick someone and root just for the game. Its not like everyone is a saints fan now, there is plenty of real fans here in the U.S. My entire family has been supporting the Detroit Lions since birth, and I know plenty of people who have undying faith for their respected teams.

It really was a good game to watch, the who dissapointed me and the only thing i felt after their performance was "is that it?".. although i gotta say, i feel Peyton really dropped the ball in the 4th quarter... oh wait no, he just passed it to Tracy Porter :D

Lets watch that again...

Tracy Porter Interception vs Colts HD (Superbowl)

I watched the Who thing on youtube. I thought it was ok. They should have just done Baba O'Riley and a couple of others instead of doing the medley thing. The stage looked excellent though.

Yeah, I have no idea what he's talking about. Football fans are very loyal as far as I'm concerned. But the Superbowl is more exciting to watch if you put down bets, pick a team etc.

I kinda thought they looked like a joke and sounded half decent. I wonder if thats what outsiders think of Axl and the gang. My fav thus far was Mccartney the year after the tittie mishap.

Out of the past few years, Prince had the best SHOW. He had the marching band and the wavy cloth and the Prince Symbol stage and the dancers... he had the best show.

Superbowl XLIV was watched by a record breaking 106.5 Million in the USA according to early results.
