Thanks, but not a very good checklist test, imo. I checked NO for all the questions and they're not very good questions. "Do you find forms difficult and confusing?" Well no, not if they're written properly... depends. Too Vague. Half the questions seemed designed to figure out if you are retarded or something, it doesn't really get to the nature how dyslexia works on perceptual cognition, memory, etc.

edit - being slightly dyslexic i left out a word...
