It actually wasn't on the original Track list Cd for Libertad!
The disk i have includes:

Messages was later made available through Guitar Hero trackpack(Velvet Revolver Download) and im guessing added as a bonus ITune track!!   either way i knew i didn't have it on Libertad or i was just going crazy  !!!
