Ah, ok.  I knew it was from /b/, I just didn't realise it was acceptable web speak these days to spout off a list of names of old 4chan memes as a rebuttal or disagreement.  I figured it must be some new acronym I hadn't heard of yet.

i guess the awful use of 'fail' as a noun or imperative at the end should have given me a hint though.
