I just bought their new album, "God and Guns" and think its spetacular  :D

Who else liked it? and whats your favorite songs??

My favorite one is "Southern Ways"  :rockon:

lol @ god and guns.

why even try after the original singer died, his lyrics and emotion was the only redeeming quality about the band.

now they amount to a big steaming pile of redneck stereotype

To be honest, they only managed 2 decent albums before they degenerated into being openly racist, bigoted, etc.  It happened long before even Ronnie Van Zant kicked it.

Those first 2 albums were pretty awesome though
