Basically, it's a "game" where you go on webcam, and there's thousands of other fools just like you on there, you can chat with them, if you don't want to click "next" and a new fool pops up.

I talked to this Chinese dude on there, it was funny as hell, his wife walked around in the back and stuff, his face got red, he taught me about China, appearantly(...) they can have more than one child and he has a nice car and he is allowed to do whatever he wants. See.. it's not pointless you can hear people's story...

On a different note I am sure he works for the Chinese department of chatroulette propeganda. I confronted him with this theory and he insisted on the fact that he works for an IT company.
