Site says im banned,What Gives?

Hi,i keep getting this message everytime i try and access the forum

Its kinnda weird,i  couldnt log in most of yesterday then last night it let me log in but everytime i tried to access the forum i got the same message so i tried to log out and it wouldnt let me,i got the same message,so this morning i tried and it let me on the forum but i saved the error message so i could try n get some answers incase it happens again.

Do you access the net through a public connection or something?  Could you possibly be using the same IP address as the dude we did ban?  Because, as the other fish said, it wasn't you that got the temp ban.
