Coulds and Shoulds are wonderful thoughts for you to have, but honestly does GNR do anything you would expect from a normal band? They don't and I'm glad of it!!

I don't consider ChiDem as a shitty Album, I love the complexities and wide range of music on it.
And On Topic:
Stealing music from the very people that concieved it is just wrong in my book, If the Artist uses pseudo-leaks to gauge a reaction that is one thing-they own the property. But unapproved leaks from various sources that are leaked online for someone's amusement or for noteriety is not at all helpful to a band imo.
I'd rather sit back and hear new music as the artist intended and not grasp at illegally leaked material, but that's how I roll.

Leaks might have hurt album sales (no more so than the mixed reviews it received) and we can look back now and wish they never happened, but the wait for CD was bad enough as it was and can you imagine going all those years without the leaks?

If a new track leaked today and I was told I could either listen to it now or wait five years until Axl is ready to put it out officially, there'd be no contest.
