I did a fast 5km last night, tried to run it at 100% (yet strangely I felt afterward that I could have kept running quite a bit longer, or alternatively done it a bit faster) So I went back out to do another, gentler one today after breakfast and I had absolutely nothing in my legs at all. I had to give up after like 3k and walk the rest of the way, I felt like I was gonna fall over or something. T'was rather odd.Anyway, I don't really think I could do 28k, I think probably 10 would be my limit at the moment.
