When i click on the banner for the international boards, it sends me to the Support Forum?

Don't know who is the moderator of International Boards but it's a problem with Russian kyrillic fonts there! It appears to be a mishmash of some accidental signs.
Please do smth!

as far as the characters.... last year we had a melt down. All new letters will be correct.. I cannot fix the old now.
