I don't particularly think it should, or shouldn't. In other words, they obviously have the right to build a house of prayer if they buy the property. Doesn't matter if they're Hindu, Buddhist or Scientologists. Because a minority of people who calls themselves Muslim were terrorists you can't ban a body of millions of people who belongs to this religion from building their house of worship somewhere. Should Christians be banned from building a church in an area where a guy who called himself Christian raped five little girls? Freedom of religion is one of the things this country is built upon, and prides it self on. Anything but not interfering would be unconstitutional. End of story.
Also true is that they are insensitive to the feelings of a nation and especially of a city.
"Oh no.. we bought it.. we have the right to do it" and all that lawyer speak.~S~
