Sounds like he saying there is genocide in St. Louis as well, or any other state/country/city with murder.

Alarmingly interesting facts. Lawlessness in very poor areas doesn't constitute genocide. If you can prove that all of these murders were committed against a race for a particular, albeit morally reprehensible reason, then you'll have my attention.

Unfortunately, statistics never reveal the truth unless they are carefully explained and rationalised.

Nevertheless, South Africa's townships are heartbreaking.

Well the victims are dead. Technically, they don't feel anything anymore. And yeah I think there's a big conspiracy going on, the angel of death and st louis made a deal to kill people base on whether or not they grow a mustache. No mustache, bang you're dead.
