Not sure where he got the property, or whose jurisdiction it would fall under, however I do know he resides in Florida, and the property was there as well.

They key law here is:

A person receives a copy of an unlawfully acquired private or unpublished document, transcript, deed, or other form of intellectual property.


The penalty goes with the values, and according to MSL himself xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, so go figure.

Not sure what any of this means, or if this is strictly an FBI matter, but it would already appear he has violated a few of his home states laws.

To catch ya up, MSL has a shitstorm going on through d grade media and a couple other forums about a memory stick he received that allegedly was from Axls computer. One of said documents was a copy xxxxxxxxxxxxx, which apparently has a potential value of xxxxxxxxx

Thought it would be interesting to point out some laws he may be breaking.

The data is very sensitive and the way it was stolen violates the Computer Fraud & Abuse Act Title 18 U.S.C. & 1030 as well as other state and federal laws.

trust me ......  I am not favor of the law as in I'm trying to be Mr. Goodybody.   but the law says thats all.

& specifically stated is what I'm getting at, while going after who they are going after or what they are doing.

There's no proof that it was STOLEN...  Imagine if this memory stick and documents, came from someone within the camp at that time. For example Doc, Azoff, or whoever...

It can't be considered STOLEN... since both of them were coordinating the project one time or another. So the papers are from Doc's time... if it was Doc himself sending it to MSL, it can't be considered STOLEN! Because its his own project and its under his own copyrighted company name!

Now, we dunno who sent this to MSL, it was sent by an anonymous guy. It does kinda matches with Doc being out of Guns N'Roses... who knows if its Doc's revenge for Axl firing him.

There's nothing Axl can do though if it was Doc, since the papers are all copyrighted into Doc's company!

Quite simply this whole situation is a classic working example of how easy it is to pick on the weak, when you have millions of dollars and millions of gulliables who would believe anything against one bum someone. I understand how Axl always shifts the blame, thats what is in his head and thats his reality, its not always right, and it seems drawn out and overplayed, but it is what it is.

As for the whole MSL thing, its really ignorant to try and defend his side. The way he did everything was retarded, and now he wont say a word about it, hmm wonder why? Because he knows he is wrong, and he most likely got served. You can say Axl is a dictator, and its probably true, but this is probably the one thing I agree with him on as far as getting lawyers involved. Honestly if I stole your computer and showed  or threatened to show everything you had on it would you be happy? Would you wanna make sure it didnt happen again? Ill answer it for you, no and yes.

How is this Axl picking on the weak? MSL is a self proclaimed genius millionaire, visionary, talent, god, etc... (visit his website). He publicly came after Axl and Guns N Roses, with a video threatening to expose hundreds of personal files. He was asking for trouble, he didnt email the band, or turn in the stick to authorities, he used it as a tool for extortion. This doesnt have anything to do with China, or oppresive regimes, this is wrong according to any moral code in the universe, you dont steal shit or receive stolen shit and then sell it back to whom it belonged.

You say there is the 99% fanbase that blows Axl, when really its just 99% of people who dont really care about his personal dealings, we just love the music, plain and simple.
