saying you welcome someone challenging your view doesnt make it so. Saying that you can expect people to be wrong before you've heard them is close minded. It's self evident and almost a definition of it. Your inability to accept this only compounds my point. 'Clearly' you won't accept this as it harms your perception of yourself, so i'll leave you to your delusion.

expecting a certain a certain line of argument doesn't make me closed minded, i'm just prepared for it.  every now and then i'm pleasantly surprised and when i find out they actually have a new train of thought i'm ecstatic because i crave conflicting inputs.  i have a guess what most people will say to me based on what i say to them, but it's not 100% as plainly stated

Barrack Obama will go down as the worst president (along with FDR) for FREEDOM out of all 44 (+the 14 presidents under the Articles of Confederation).  Basically both are the opposite of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson as people can get.

agreed   i'd have to lump lincoln in there too, i've even debated doris goodwin kearns on the subject in person and beat her ass!

i love american history during the articles of confederation, am i the only one who would've sided with shay in shay's rebellion? 

to be honest if doc and marty picked me up in the delorean and due to a series of comedic mishaps i got stuck back in the late 1700s in america, i would surely join the anti-federalists and fight against the constituion.  we probably woudn't have the other 37 states without it, but at least we wouldn't be the empire and have a series of kings like we do now.  thomas paine is pretty much my idol

True. I havent really been able to have a conversation with anyone of my peers about this new world of security. People have bought into the whole you shouldnt worry if you dont have anything to hide crap.
