whether or not you agree with his views, you've got to admit he has more integrity than any other politician in the states

Yeah I agree he does seem to never change his views on issues and sticks with them. I'd rather have him in presidency than Donald Trump or Barack Obama. The only thing I don't agree with him and his son Rand Paul is on abortion. Rand pretty much says their should be no abortion whatsoever even for rape and incest. Abortion should only be just for rape and incest really.

why?

why are you avoiding the capitalism debate.  i know you always say it's 1:30am and all those excuses, but it's not like you don't lurk the forum 24/7, why get my hopes up that you are writing a novel and then let me down like that?  are you trying to make me sad?

if that's the only issue you don't agree with him on, out of 100s of issues, i'd say you should support him.  i mean seriously, when is a president ever going to touch the abortion issue?  never

im permanently logged in or something i think, but *mostly* i get chance to come on here and post late at night/evenings. A novel? well, if i was, the subject of choice certainly wouldn't be about music control surfaces (MIDI,CV/GATE etc...) and various forms of synthesis and mono mixing and mic'ing techniques! The merits of capitalism (ive said it's more state capitalism before) are pretty much non-existant and well known. I took the liberty of watching that first video (the monopoly one) btw. My answer to his question is the same - change the system (obviously that's a long term solution that requires hard struggle and effort). I've already stated what i would like to see, and at this point it's probably the only serious option left. You either agree or you dont. I'm not sure what's left to debate after that? but if it keeps you from being sad we could just go round in circles like the last thread...?

oh, and staying true to form, it's 21 past midnight here atm...

If he runs for president in 12 I plan on voting for him. With the moneybomb that happened in January or 2 months ago helped him a lot. Winning the CPAC poll also helped.

good man, too bad he could never win california, but who knows what the voting climate will be like in a year and a half.  he wins cpac a lot, but the fact is, he is way to the right of all the so called conservatives.  we don't have a right here in the US, at least not a significant one.  but i believe if we keep voting in retard liberals and fake conservatives we'll eventually get a libertarian.  i want the US to go back to it's principles, i believe in American exceptionalism and I think we can lead the world into space if we can just break down all the roadblocks our govt and other countries throw up

Impossible, you could just say you were raped. There is no way to effectively legislate that. What if someone says they were  raped, then it was ruled in court she wasnt? Would she then be on trial for false abortion motive? To add to that, what if she actually was raped but somehow it couldnt be proven? What if she wasnt raped but just didnt wanna have the baby and said she was, would the father go to jail because she lied and has dna evidence to prove intercourse?

Any how, either you can or you cant, the only variable for legal abortion should be the term of the pregnancy, or possibly the toxicity of the mother.
