A little childish... And I'm just being honest, people shouldn't have to wait all evening for a show that is supposed to start at a reasonable time. It's a little disrespectful to your wallet. Some people gotta get up the next day and drive back long drives to their lives. To say it's rock and roll is a stuck up asshole perspective. Don't get me wrong, I'm the only one that has supported this band out of everyone I know. I've been following this shit since the VMA's, but if they want to get fans back, make money at shows, gain support for a new album... try being professional. You can't act like if you went to a show and they came on 2-3 hours late that you wouldn't be pissed. If you're saying you wouldn't, you're lying or just opposing me. They only need an hour after the opening act is over to be on stage. That's truth, and people wonder why the band gets a bad rep. They have a history of stuff like this, and that posts makes them look immature. Not that the world is paying attention though. They have a lot to prove, and don't say they don't. Axl made 3 main/full length albums of original material before going away from music for a long time. Actually just 2 if you call the second a double album. If he wants to be relevant in music, he's got to step it up and quit living off of random tour dates/shows for an album that came out 4 years ago. The only reason the shows are getting by is because of the name, some of our support, and a lot of people just coming to a show to see a show that they may not fully realize is not the original band. Step it up guys, mature a little, be a real band.

Truth be told I don't mind the wait, I like the anticipation it builds because you never know when they are going on. But I see why other people would be pissed.

Been to many shows and ....   we just preshow party the fuck out of it and make the night unforgettable. We show up late too and make it.  One just has to know how to party.  There you go straight up answer from me and fuck its worth the hangover at work..    the memories we almost talk about everyday.... the stunts we pull, bar hopping, fucking around.   The only bad time I had was Philly 02 and I still didn't give a care as I was with friends who are musicians and know shit simply happens.

Gotta agree with Sean.  The pre-show antics are what makes the whole package complete.  It also ruins your reputation forever if you are an idiot like me

It's part of the show to come up late for Gn'R. Every-fucking-one knows this and yet they still complain. Don't buy the goddamn ticket if you have to work the next day. You know what you are getting when it's Guns and, besides, the two times I saw them I didn't think they were late. If it wasn't for the people who complained about it in online reviews I would have thought they took stage on time. What is the mental state of these people going in to a "rock n roll" show?

I saw them back in 2007 and Baz said that they'd come out at midnight but they ended up coming out 15 minutes earlier.

Since when is it "rock n roll" to turn up late? Does that mean AC/DC, Motorhead etc arent "rock n roll" because they start their concerts on time?

i've seen them three times and never had to wait past 10.15. Whilst they do regularly show up pretty late, i'd bet for the most part they're on stage at a decent hour.
