Guns N' Roses Plays Seattle's KeyArena on December 16, 26 Years After the Band Tried to Burn Down a Local Club On Their First Tour

​In Duff McKagan's new book, It's So Easy, the Reverb columnist/GNR co-founder documents the band's first tour, which brought them from L.A. to Seattle, and galvanized the group. They ate onions out of the fields because they were starving; took rides from pill-popping truck drivers because their van broke down; and they tried to burn down a local club after they didn't get paid. You can read the whole story in an excerpt from the book that ran in these pages last month.

In December, the new Guns N' Roses lineup -- only Axl Rose remains from the classic lineup -- is bringing "Over 2 Hours of All Their Classic Hits!" to KeyArena on December 16. Tickets go on sale Saturday via LiveNation.com.

It's safe to say that Axl will be eating his onions out of his lunch pale, not the fields, on this trip.

I don't know if this is the wrong place to post this or whatnot, but I bought GA Floor tickets to the Seattle show and now I can't make it. I really want to get rid of them. Where can I find people who want to buy discounted tickets?

Got my tickets for this show. I am in section 128 row 20 seat 3 and 4. Taking my bro's wife. I am super excited. Gonna get  :wasted:. See you all there. Staying in a motel so maybe we all could meet up and party.

good shout with perfect crime. would be nice to see them put something like that together. If a gig is to happen at the HOF, the seattle gig is where the foundations will take place.
