3. Nancy Grace even nailed it...  watch that or have you?

4. Did your brain signal to you that 'this is not serious' ?

5. Did your brain signal deep concern for other children in the parents care?

6. As for your links, they are off topic and don't need checking as its common sense other cases exist. Every child abuse case is serious. Did you witness the ones you listed?

7. the District Attorney said there would have been enough evidence to convict, but amazing how you didn't rebuttal me for questioning you for blaming the child for not bringing the video up sooner. So you blame the child for not bringing up the video sooner?

on number 7 there.....  children believe the parents are ,or at least are confused through an unknowingly developing fear and actual fear,  that the parents are doing the right thing. That's part of the fucked up part the child has to grow through.

Didnt mean to villify the girl, and I admit I dont truly understand any aspect of physical or mental abuse and what the effects can be on a person. Apparently he would not have faced charges anyhow as the states laws would not have considered that child abuse. He is now suspended with pay...

just because you found an article .....  this falls on don't believe everything you read on the internet.  He was NOT disciplining his daughter ... get over that.  And I already quoted from real sources and real officials that who already said they would have a strong case against him.  Guilty for child abuse, but can't be charged bottom line.

as for 'current abuse' sadly haven't kept up with the story or don't know what they found with interviews of the other child etc etc and other abuse.

Go get some child services pamphlets and read them.  I have before. they were to educate and help people understand what abuse really is. I found them online, at the time, and in the mail I got a big binder from the state laying it out with pictures and everything.

what are you talking about.  I accurately debated you without calling you stupid or other names and played on even playing field.  Besides u taking back what you said before, you added a BOLD inaccurate statement in which I debated back to you.

a judge ruled Wednesday that Adams can have supervised visitation with his 10-year-old daughter.
The ruling continues to say that Judge Adams is prohibited from causing "any physical harm or threatening any physical harm to his child."  Also, both Judge Adams and his ex-wife Hallie will have to take and complete parenting classes.  Also, Judge Adams is not allowed to contact his ex wife and must undergo drug testing.

I don't post here because there isn't a single poster worth replying to, I only came back when I did to make fun of nemo and 2na, I saw them belittling someone in another section (they're both pretty big psuedo-intellectual posers) .  Now nemo is gone and he was the only one who tried to argue his pov, and he failed miserably and bailed.  As far as sean goes, I don't think anyone, including him, takes his posts seriously, but to read you two arguing is pretty painful I must admit.   But you do make a point, arguing with such uninformed and intellectually inferior posters is too time consuming to really try that hard, so I gave the forum back to the little ppl, unfortunately now that it's a big circle jerk nobody has much to say lol.
