I seen GNR in 2002, 2006, 2011, and 2012.

This incarnation feels like a band.  Gone is the space cadet / psychedelic Jesus who solo'd in front of booing fans saying... why is this guy in GNR. - Tho with practice he could be amazing. 

Gone is the Nun chuck Solo Chicken Guy.   Tho I loved his work.

In is a group of guys that are tighter than devout nuns. 

Why is Robin a former member... He left.. TWICE.  Good bye.
