Who was the artist for cd starts now?

I know this was answered YEARS ago but I am once again asking who was the artist who did the chinese democracy starts now picture the one with the guy tying the bandanna? if anyone can help me out I'd be grateful :)

yeh it was 01 01 01 I used to have one and got rid of it on ebay 4 years ago :) I was just wondering the artist and also the artist for the shirt with the tattooed soldier holding up his fist I bought one of every shirt that tour I wish I would have kept them instead of selling them.... :) I hope they have some interesting merch at the Chicago show...
