What do you think? Is Permission to Land or Contraband the better album, if you wanna compare it?
I listen to the darkness album for quite some time now, to contraband, well, once. I have to say, that Contraband looses this match - although the darkness' singer is even worse than weiland.

The Darkness = Simon Cowell's idea of what a Rock N' Roll band should look and sound like.

No contest, Contraband all the way

What has Simon Cowell got to do with it?

Wait, are you trying to call The Darkness manufactured?

Well let's see, they played the UK club circuit for years before they released Permission to Land or were even widely known about. They couldn't get deals from any of the big labels because of the way they look and sound. They paid for the recording themselves and released it on the small Must Destroy Music label.... and had the biggest selling album of 2003.

In conclusion, you suck.
I DON'T LIKE SIGNATURES.

yeah that's true it cost them £20,000 to make the album themselves which is the way a rock band should do things at the start. VR are good but they had a fuckin record deal even before they got a singer - that's fucking manufactured.

   Good argument, nicely put.  I respect that.  You offered some valid points.

Unfortunately it was kinda gay and telling of what kind of person you are that you have to sign off with a lame ass suckerpunch insult.  Very weak and unnecessary...

In response to this post please feel free to offer more school yard type name-calling, i'll be here all evening.
