nope, they're different things, pins and needles is caused by the amount of blood circulating in an area of your body, cramp is to do with your muscles

Cramp really fucking hurts and feels like someone pulling at your muscles. Pins and needles is tingly and sometimes you lose feeling in your extremities.

go swimming for ages, eventually you'll get this horrible spasming pain in the base of your foot and start flopping around and drowning like a spastic coz it's too painful to do anything else. that's cramp.

You fucking know when you have cramp! Doesnt matter if you have never had it in your life, when you get it you fucking know, it hurts like no other pain and it hurts bad. Pins and needles is just numbness and a prickly feeling.

i've had worse, you haven't felt true pain until you've taken a golf ball full force in the testicles, or shattered your kneecap (it pretty much just broke into about 10 different pieces) by landing on concrete after falling like 10 feet knees first

In september I broke my ankle and foot, tore all the ligaments in my ankle and also split the cartlige that is between the fibula and tibia. I was in crutches for 10 weeks. It fucking hurt and I still shudder and wretch when I think about it.

But I still think getting kicked in the nuts (or any blow to the nuts) is more painful and terrible than anything you ladies can imagine.
My freinds little 4 year old girl once chucked a crayon at me and it clipped one of my nuts and I went down like someone had swung a sledgehammer at me, I couldnt move for about 20minutes, temporaraly paralysed I was, the only thing I was good for was vomiting. Thats right, I puked!
All that because a child threw a bloody pink crayon at me.

when i was about 13 i was standing on top of the washing machine to reach a cabinet, and i slipped and caught my leg and fell balls first onto the corner of the washing machine, not only did i crush my balls i bruised my pelvis, worst pain i ever felt. Worse then hyperextending my knee or compressing my spine
