Its defianelty Sebastian Bach because the tattoo on his right arm looks just like the one in this picture, its light colored in the middle, and dark on the top and bottom.

Bloody hell

After much study I'm with ChineseBedouins on this one and have voted Sebastian Bach. Both guys have tattoos on their right shoulders, but this is not Axls tattoo and his incisors are not that pronounced
