Yeah.

That's a good thing because I don't think he is.

I strongly disapprove of him hanging around all those wee boys, and for that he deserves the bad publicity because he attracted it.

But he's a one-off. He's lived a completely different life to pretty much anyone else in the world, and I believe that he has psychological problems which point to him believing without doubt that he is 12 years old.

It's sad. I hope he gets help after this.

I don't think he hurt anyone.
Can you imagine leaving your children with someone you did not have complete trust and faith in?
Can you imagine leaving your children with someone had has previously faced child abuse charges and having any doubt about their sincerity?
I can't.
And I cant believe anyone would let their children sleep over at his house if there was ever any doubt that his intentions were not decent.
I also cant believe that Jackson would risk it all again after he "got off" the first time.
The whole case smells of bullshit.

why would be think that in this case he is not guilty because he is a "freak" and had a "weird" life.

i think all these parameters plays in the guiltyness possibility.

but i really wanna know why kids would ask or dream of being with micheal jackson. if you're 40 i can understand, it's your music era .. but when you're 10, ask britney or 50 cents .....

I spent 4 years of my career dealing with paedophiles and there is no definitive paedophile.  I've heard both the defence and prosecution and both have plausible cases.

I do feel that he will be found not guilty though.  Which may not be a bad thing.  Michael Jackson has been surrounded since he was a small child and indeed all his life by "yes men" so he probably doesn't know himself what's acceptable and what is not.  It's a shame a man in his forties cannot make this decision for himself, but then that is Michael Jackson for you.  He should have no excuse from now on to say he still doesn't know.  

At least after this world wide court case he should now know how he left himself wide open for these sort of accusations (and possible extorsion)and he will think twice about getting himself into this situation again in the future.
