Gibson - if not Epiphone (prices..)

Love the Les Paul warmth and looks...it's a solid guitar and Gibson happen to be the masters at that ;)

agreed. i have an epiphone les paul (not cuz slash, cause i loved GNR for a long time without knowing anithong 'bout them)I saw a Les Paul in a guitar book, I fell in love with that model... (i was about 5 years old... I didn't even know GNR at that time lol) then I saw SLASH USES A LES PAUL TOO :O (i was 10)  I started playing when i was 14, and i worked to months for my LP at the age of 15... It was worth for it  :laughs2: I am 16 now  ^.^

So Epi is the answer for me :) It's a Gibson, with different letters on its head, half price :D (that doesn't mean that i don't want a Gibson LOL)

i cant decide on one... i have a list of guitars i want to own someday...

not that i need them all for my playing (some, but not all) but i think a guitar is an artwork - like a drawing or architecture... i love collecting them..

there just some guitars that have a special meaning to me - thats why i want to own them someday - AND I FUCKIN WILL - step by step :-)

i love my Epi Les Paul (yes i want a gibson, but Epi's are awesome too for less money) - AND the SG Double Neck is not far away, i tell YA :-)
mainly influenced by slash i wanted to have the Les Paul and its a great love of mine :-)


but i'll get a Fender Strat soon, i just like their sound and look - awesome guitars
mainly because richie sambora and eric clapton i got into their sound and handling skills... i love a strat as much as a les paul and vice versa... :-)

a Fender 52 Vintage Tele is also on my list - very nice piece of wood :-) and has awesome sound too... i love teles for specific applications but for example when richie sambora uses it for "someday i'll be saturday night" its just heaven!

i'll have to get a rickenbacker someday, cause one of my idols is the swedisch songwriter Per Gessle (Roxette) and he had me actually influenced to start playing guitar.. he used a rickenbacker for the "joyride"-album - and they look fuckin great imo!

BC Rich Mockingbird (in red of course :grin: ) - somewhere, someday it'll WILL BE MINE (you could be mine - reference :rolleyes:)
mainly because they are not too expensive and look really cool... i was thinking about putting some humbuckers with some REAL FUCKIN HIGH outpout in it to have at least one guitar for metal type of stuff like bon jovi 1980-1985 era or alice cooper...

I voted jackson, i like them a lot the action is perfect for my playing except for on a schecter.  Those may not be the most prestigous guitars right now but i think they are easily one of the greatest ones on the market right now especially for the money...  I bought a C-1 blackjack and it plays just as good as anyother guitar
