It's truly sad. Look at what Pearl Jam has done since the last original CD was released by Guns N Roses. I really think the comparison puts things into perspective. Since 91' Pearl Jam has released what ... 9 (a number off the top of my head) original albums and a slew of live bootlegs?

I think a big change happened when all those great bands came out in the early 90s. Suddenly, GNR's music wasn't avante-garde. I think Axl is still trying to recoup from that one. Thus, the perpetual second guessing and reworking of material.

... but ... if ITS not there by now, ITS just not there. It a lot like studying for a test; after a week of non-stop studying, there comes a point where one knows the material, or doesn't. So, you put the damn notes down, and go take the test. You live with the grade you get.

Axl Rose has to release the material he has and live with the grade he gets. He either has IT, or he doesn't. More time isn't going to change anything.

its pretty cool, horrible quality and only one guitar and some backround music, and its only 45 seconds long, they stop playing after a little bit.

anyone wanna hear it?

9 albums of pearl jam is a good amount.. but wait, are they equal to at least Gn'R Lies? I'm not going to compare them to AFD or UYI!!
