The BSM series is fucking slammin' ...but very expensive.

Theres loads of different kinds of treble booster....Gilmour used an orange treble boost...identical to this...

i played one - yeah, its great, the thing what makes them cheaper is the finish... its not shiny as for example a les paul - its just kind of more "rough" and wooden than you normally see the strat finishes - so Fender saves money there, but all in all, its a great guitar...

They work great with humbuckers....I ended up getting a rangemaster clone off ebay.  Sounded great with my Sound City...but absolute turd with my new tweed amp, so I don't use it any more. Maybe they only sound good on British style amps?

Well if history repeats itself...    right... British style amps were dark and is the basis of TB's far as I know.

Analogman's Beano and well known clones are so $$$.  And then I see clone kits to make your own for like 30 bucks that are supposed to be based off the Rangemaster.  Besides the uranium transistor...  what is the difference?  Maybe I'll get a kit and slap in a NKT 275 transistor

    This is a sunface below.  How hard can it be to make one?
