I think nirvana unplugged perfomance was very good. I'm not a fan or anything, but when I think of nirvana I always think of this show in a very good light.

and I do think grohl(is that spelled correct?) was a great drummer even though I'm not an expert

we all know the real Godfather of Grunge is Neil Young

'I prefer to be called Don Grungio.'

Not a bad link to read on that:

What are your current thoughts about Kurt Cobain?

Axl: I said I'm going on ChiDem now and he said whatever & walked away other than that I've been busy.

dave grohl isnt much of a drummer.  He work on Queens Songs for the deaf sucked aside from a No One Knows, and Millionaire.

Foo Fighters are very average.  Aside from All my life and Times like these, a quite mediocre band.

Nirvana are ok. There's days where I can listen to a few songs and admire their work, there's days where I just can't stand them.

And I think Dave Grohl is a good singer and rhythm guitarist for the Foo's, he's got a great voice. And Dave doesn't sing every song, sings most. Him and the drummer swap places sometimes.

dave grohl never sings, he just kinda yells into the microphone while trying to stay with a melody. still better than me of course, but none the less im no getting paid to do it.

Um ok...

Have you actually listened to any Foo songs?

Album "Nothing Left To Loose" he sings great and it ain't yelling.

He's got a great voice. Just download "Learn To Fly"

and what about the acoustic version of "times like these"?

I think his singing is pretty good (and I like the song I mentioned above a lot)
