well my comment above I realize now was unclear - I meant in case it was "dangerous" for him - tho I was just joking since I seriously hope news I've heard about that sort of thing is just exaggerated. but we haven't heard back from him....... nooooo!!! rock on brother!!

but the possibility that it's dangrous to some countries even to the whole world is not exist at all.china is a country pursuing peace and living there is safe,hehe.

Well, China might be the next Superpower. And they are showing an greate example allready today. I'm talking about all the 4000 official executions that they are making every year and who knows how many unofficial there are.

Still they won't keep up with the U.S for long (I hope).

But one thing is sure, China can be tentimes bigger superpower than the states but Rock n' roll will still live on in america.

I certainly hope that China is pursuing peace and that the missiles pointed at Taiwan are for... hmmm couldn't think of anything. and the very very recent killings of peaceful farmers protesting by police was (you know the incident being compared to Tianamen square).... hmmm not that safe now that I think about it...

I was referring to the censorship of googling things/ censorship of blogs (in the news not too long ago and a lot so I don't think I need to source) - many things of course - but in particular China Democracy, stuff like that, and I noted that the name of this forum is Chinese Democracy. I believe Yahoo coughed up information to the chinese government that resulted in the arrest and imprisonment of someone over emails to do with democracy.

however, I AM aware that there IS progress happening in China. I do have friends who are from China and who return to visit family and stuff. I know that big cities in China are lots of fun and they're love going back on vacations. moreover I know that information about that country is always muddled and hard to procure in the first place, so I only know so much living here in Canada. I just seems to me that the progress is slow and that the present state of China is not as cheery as you seem to make it out to be.
