I know it's been some time but I have to say it since it was intented for the fans...

In November 2005 the Greek fan clubs of GN'R and Iron Maiden did a big party together.

I contacted Merck to let him know (since he is managing both Maiden and Guns) and he gave a message for the fans:

2006 will be an exciting year for both bands.[/i]

That was in November, which I guess is way more valid than the 2005 statement which was back in June? (which probably changed cause of various reasons).

but since axl's throwing a temper tantrum, take this with a grain of salt, or whatever the saying is.

at least we'll have a new MAIDEN album at the end of the year, cause BRUCE can put an album out at a reasonable time unlike some assholes we know :) :[  :evil:  :cry:

it's from november, so i dunno if it still hold true.  axl and slash need to grow up.  

slash for talking about whatever the fuck he wants, even if he think's he's being nice, he should know not to talk about CD, he's outta the band, and that's his fault

Didn't Merck say 2005 would be GNR's year?  What's with all the secrecy regrarding this album.  I mean it is music, not plans for a nuclear weapon.
