Chinese Democracy OR The Second GH In March

We all know the current rumour of CD for march but i read on some other sites that Geffen are also pushing the GH2 aswell so if CD doesn't make March then the chances of another Greatest Hits may be highly likely, it seems to me that when they set last years november deadline Axl could of said he needed to do last minute fixes (which fortus said in emails back) and that it'd be ready soon, but now Geffen are said to be pushing a 2nd GH makes me think Axl has said that he may need even more time, I hope it isn't the case cause i'd like to believe that this year will actually be the year of GNR (as merck said about 05 at the very end) but i guess we'll have to wait and see, if there isn't an official word within the month i don't think the march release could be possible.

i think ur rite in sayin if theres no official statement in a month or so then CD isnt comin our way...
would b a sad day 4 gnr fans if they actually released GH2

If a GH2 did come out (which i'm sure axl is trying to do everything in his power to prevent, just like the 1st) it might mean another few years till CD is released ...

if u were just a CASUAL fan then u would have GH1 an u wouldnt want 2 buy any more gnr cos they wouldnt b 1 of ur favourites

Correct, but if CD is a good album than it will sell. No matter ppl buy GH2 or not.

Geffen probably want to release a GH to get some money back from making CD, but they'd only do that i think if CD was still a long time from being finished cause that'll probably sell loads

total GNR discography is 3.5 cds, not counting the live/cover albums.
if they release GH2, it would be more expencive to buy all the greatest hits, than it would be to buy all GNR albums.

now, what is possible, however is an "aerosmith gems" or something like that.  it's like the best of rarities and uncommon songs.  so it'd be like:

dead horse
estranged
brownstone
the garden
rocket queen

etc. etc. etc.

Yepp, Sounds more likely to me that they won't release any more GH's Axl must put out some more materials for that.
