I think the record is not done.  Axl is buying cars because he's blowing his advance from his recently signed publishing deal.  But I do think he's trying to find some inspiration for finishing Chinese Democracy by buying a lot of Italian sports cars from a Beverly HIlls dealership.  Ha Ha Ha.  Am I the only one that finds this ironic and funny?

Its true, i heard it from jesus who said he heard it from a bum in an alley that saw someone that said that axl had been involved in some kinda of automobile thingy and that this person was chinese. So yes, its true ;)
