LOS ANGELES - It's not Gun N' Roses but cars and cash that have rocker Axl Rose suing a Beverly Hills auto dealership.

The suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims the dealership failed to deliver two luxury cars after receiving $20,000 in deposits and also failed to give the Guns N' Roses frontman any money after selling his Ferrari.

Rose contends that Beverly Hills Classic Cars took his deposits but violated oral agreements to get him a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo and a 2005 Porsche GT3.

The suit also contends the dealer sold his consigned 1999 Ferrari Marinello but never paid him a promised $135,000 of the proceeds.

After-hours calls to the dealer and its owner were not immediately returned Thursday night.

I think the Lamborghini Gallarado is a good choice, a nice crossover from his Ferrari. I don't know about the Porsche GT; I suippose he wants an alternative vehicle to drive when he does not want to sport the overly flashy Lam.

However, I believe that news coloumn is factual. I believe high-end car dealers will cheat their patrons if the transactions are not properly recorded. As soon as you begin hearing such things as 'oral agreements' and deposits for back-ordered cars, it's incredibly tempting for these dealers to try to swindle their patrons. I'm very glad that the indictment has been anounced publically, for such news is bad and damaging advertisement to the dealer in question; and I bet it was Axl's design for the crime to be made public. Kudos to Rose, teaches them to try and fuck over a rock icon and attempt to escape the ordeal unscathed.

I feel sorry for that car dealer after this is over and done with.

To all those fans out in LA, you guys should find out who that motherfucker is and give them a call and harass the fuck out of them and tell them to straighten shit out with the AX!!  (How 'bout a molotov cocktail with a match to go.);)

The AX-man should know that his fans got his back.  If I knew who it was, I'd call that dealership.  Someone post their number.

BTW, we are getting pounded by rain and snow out here in Chi-town!

The dealer probably never heard of GNR before, abd thought Axl was some kind of sissy wannabe. He probably said, "Pfft, hahaha, this guys last name is ROSE! He's probably a pansy ass, I'm going to fuck him over."
