A user at HTGTH has reported that Tommy Stinson is close to leaving Guns N'Roses.

Tommy's status with Soul Asylum is currently an unknown variable, and Paul Westerberg allegedly has some new material that he'd like Tommy to look at

i think they will work out a way for izzy to be buckethead's replacement, that would make sense, especially since him and axl are talking now

it doesn't make sense. it's a possibility which can not be disproven but there is absolutely no evidence for this other than it being something you would like.

If Tommy is leaving, i would lose all my respect i have for him, It doesn't look like he knows that he is playing in one of the biggest rockband in the world. Please, Don't be a dickhead Tommy, stay in GNR.
